Having been an avid Paloma Faith fan for a number of years I have to admit I was very apprehensive when my wife told me she had booked a Paloma tribute act for my birthday party. I had seen Paloma ‘live’ on three occasions so I was likely to be critical of any tribute act. To say I was blown away by Jodie would be an understatement. I first heard her sing during the sound check and I was convinced the real Paloma was in the building!! Not only does Jodie sound exactly like Paloma, she even has replicas of some of the outfits that Ms Faith wears. Jodie’s high energy performance is something that I will remember for a long, long while. She really got the party guests up on their feet and dancing! I am hoping that I get to see Jodie perform again soon. I’ve actually turned into a bit of a Jodie fan and listen to some of her own tracks every day as well as Paloma’s!
